New Year. Same Resolution. Excellent Results.

Each January, many of us make shiny new resolutions and are discouraged when we fall short. This year, why not try something new? By taking our original goals and refining them to include the new and unique, we not only enhance the experience but also increase the chance that we’ll stick with it. For example, one of our most commonly shared resolutions is getting or staying in shape.

We suggest some new and different approaches, such as various types of yoga, connecting with nature by walking, and adding a regular relaxation/self-care practice. The activities below, along with practicing mindfulness, can make the journey to a healthy body into a rarefied experience.
